Powai and Hiranandani :: First Sunrise of 2006
Coming back to the city of Mumbai, a survey in a Midday showed that only 10 to 15 % of the population lives in legal houses and the rest are encroaching. The city is not capable of moving the encroachers to widen a road or to expand the airport but they will fill up a aprt of the lake to make the Highway. By they way the deiced to move the airport because they can't move the hutments around it. In a lot of 80's movies I hear You can't take a life because you can't give a life. The same should be applied to the city as well. Yo can't take away something if you can't create it.
