National Centre for the Performing Arts
Sir Dorabji Tata Trust gave a a grant of Rs 4 million to start the National Centre for the Performing Arts (NCPA) in the 60s and later other also gave money for it. It is made on reclaimed land covering more than 30000 square meters. Now if they just sell the property they have, they will make infinitely more money than they got in donations to start it.
