We have recently bought a "tandoor" (oven) and we are experimenting with it. On 2nd October we made a few things in it including this Paneer Calzone. This has a filling of capsicum, onion and paneer (cottage cheese).
Making this Calzone is not very difficult but it requires time and preparation and to maximize the results of our effort, we divided the effort. Instead of making just this, we made garlic bread as well and used same dough for both. While it may have been a little too much effort on just the calzones, the garlic bread justified the effort.
