Lamy Safari

I thought it would be interesting to have the same background as the pen itself and that has turned out to be interesting indeed. Because of the same colour the far end of the pen is merging with the background completely.

Lamy Safari was designed by Wolfgang Fabian and Bernt Spiegel of the Entwicklungsgruppe Mannheim in the 80s and Lamy is still producing this pen. The pen had a cartridge/converter for ink and has a body made of ABS plastic. Like Faber Castell and Staedtler, this has a triangular grip section. What I find most appealing about this pen is the bright colours like red, yellow, and blue.

If I have started to sound like a sales rep of Lamy it is because this text has come from Wikipedia.
