Transparency is what makes Pears soap what it is

Perception is more real than reality. If I can convince you that the secret of happiness is as simple as your will power and you can be happy just by wanting to be, believe it or not, you will be happy.

One of the reason Pears is considered to be gentle is its transparent. The automatic conclusion is “Wow! This looks so clear, I can even see through it. This must be made with the best ingredients, with no impurities” This is why most mothers still choose Pears Soap for their kids over other soaps, even ones especially for kids.

I don’t know I this was a conscious thought in the mind of Andres Pears when he invented Pears soap but I am sure a lot of marketers would be willing to give an arm and a leg to come up with a product idea like this.
