Birthday gift, home delivered

I was on way to the railway station to pick up some guests when I got a phone call from a person from some dot come who was standing outside my home. I told him I was driving and asked him to call me back in a hour. After I hung up I thought why someone would be standing outside my home so pulled over and called the number again. Turns out it was a delivery person from flipkart, delivering a birthday gift from my friend Nitesh. "Why don't you just leave it at the door" I asked him but he refused "Sir, this is a pre paid package..." so I asked my neighbor and asked him to take the packet.
