Ganpati at night

This is a 5 second exposure of the Ganpati. All the lights were switched off except for the samll malp in front of Ganpati and the decorative lights. To get this shot, I opened the shutter and after 3 seconds, slowly zoomed in.

Yesterday Aaron asked what does the symbol on the hand stands for. We don't notice so many things that are a part of us that I had to go and check what was on the hand, an "OM" ot a "Swastik". It turned out of be OM which is a the sacred symbol in Hinduism.
