By wearing a black turtleneck and New Balance sneakers no one will become Steve Jobs because even Steve Jobs was not what he was because of his choice of shirt and shoes, but hey! It doesn't hurt to try to appear like a brilliantly intelligent entrepreneur. The story of green beer bottles is same. There was a shortage of brown glass during the World War II which was a major headache for the breweries who were worried that their beer looks like cheap beer in clear bottles. To differentiate their beers, the breweries started using green bottles. SO does that mean that a beer in a green bottle is better than one a clear bottle? The imitators took the cue and not only packaged their beer in green bottle; they marked up the price as well. In present time, the colour of the bottle is of no relevance at all as glasses in any colour are readily available.
