Somebody is going to be wet

If it was upto Manu, he would have filled up his water baloons a week in advance. Mira filled up a few the night before and the rest on the morning of Holi and while Manuraj and all his friends are super excited to have water ballons, about 80% of those manage to miss the target and end up hitting the ground.
