Clicked on the June trip to Punjab and Himachal, this is a Colocasia leaf, known as arbi in Hindi. Apart from the root that is quite commonly eaten, these leaves are used to prepare a delicious snack. These are rolled together with spices and chickpea floor and steamed before being shallow fried.
This picture was taken in Kingdat, at the house of Mira's cousin and this was taken using my RedMi Note 3 phone and not a camera. I am quite pleased with the result. I have not dony any post processing that I won't do to a picture taken using my camera.
