We used to be extremely good for recycling. Recycling a bottle didn't mean sending it to a recycling plant, melting it again and using it to make a bottle once again. Recycling a bottle meant using it to keep water in the fridge, keeping other liquids in it like oils, ketchup and what not. Now we like to get our bottles and containers from the market and not glass, but plastic. The use of an old whiskey bottle has further made difficult by the tamper-proof mouths. Do you know you can take them out? Well once you do that, the cap won't fit anymore, which is not a problem if you don't intend to close the bottle, as in this case.
