Off season or on season?
If you think of a tourist destination in India with beaches, the thing that comes to mind is Goa, which is evident in this picture as well. We went to Goa during the tourist season and it seems like the whole city is converging at Calangute Beach. If you visit Goa during off-season, you will either be facing downpours or you will be baked.
