While the rain is exposing the (lack of) preparation of Commonwealth Games, Manu seems to enjoy it.

Talking about Commonwealth Games, they are becoming quite a circus. The rains have screwed up the preparations, there is a money trail to UK and the Organizing Committee and its chairman is claiming everything is world class on time, and fair. If that was not all, you have people like Mani Shankar Aiyar making a statement like "I am delighted in a way because rains are causing difficulties for the Commonwealth Games. Basically, I will be very unhappy, if the Games are successful"

Your city hosting a sporting event like this is a once in a lifetime event, it's a bloody shame to feel happy if it fails.
